Today, I have an Ask.
As you likely know, I’ve recently re-launched Ask a Cottage Witch (AaCW), a Dear Abby style advice column for heathens, pagans, cunningfolk, and-the-like. So far, response has been really great YAY!, but engagement is currently a bit too low for long term sustainability. Advice columns only work with an active readership, and like-minded communities can only thrive when we find each other! To this end, I’m looking to offer a complementary 3 month membership to a few friendlies to anonymously send in their own “Dear Juliette” question(s)
This is perfect for any questions on how you might lean into your spiritual practice for addressing a life situation, or questions about various methods and techniques. My main areas of focus are on personal development in divination, intuition, westernized shamanic practices, pagan ceremony, energy healing, prayer, worship, ritual, spellwork and witchcraft - particularly, ways to tailor practices into something that feels uniquely meaningful to each person.
If you’re keen, the trial also includes a members only discussion forum and the ability to comment on fortnightly editions. Usually, this tier runs at five dollars Canadian monthly. After your free 3 month trial, you will automatically be bumped over to the free plan. Of course, you can cancel anytime with just a few clicks if ever you wish to.
Previously, Ask a Cottage Witch appeared in magazines without a lot of ability for direct feedback, and so I’d love if you might also be willing to let me know where things might be improved with regard to the frequency of editions, length or quality of replies, and the question submission process itself. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into making sure its new life on substack is the best it can be, and now I need a little extra help in making this venture a success.
